Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to various departments within our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Offer administrative assistance to faculty members and staff
    • Handle correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Experience:
    • 02 to 03 years of experience preferably in an administrative setting is required
    • Retired Armed Forces Personnel (NCOs or equivalent) may also apply
  • Skillset:
    • Proficient in MS Office with a typing speed of 40 WPM
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Able team player

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle administrative matters and work independently
  • Prior experience in drafting official correspondence
