Job Opportunity: Finance Executive Fees and Dues

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the position of Finance Executive Fees and Dues. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations within their department, as well as guaranteeing seamless interactions across various educational services.

This role involves overseeing a team dedicated to resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing comprehensive support in these areas.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of experience in a related field, with a preference given to those holding a master's degree in finance or accounting.
  • A strong understanding of customer ledgers, invoices, receivables, refunds, and doubtful debts within an SAP environment is essential.
  • Previous experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar industry, is highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Handle and resolve escalated fee-related customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  2. Implement and optimize customer support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with the team regarding the latest information on products, procedures, and industry trends.
  4. Analyze support statistics and generate detailed reports based on findings.
  5. Evaluate ongoing training efforts within the team and implement necessary improvements.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and adhere to established disciplinary procedures.
  7. Manage the fee collection budget and targets in an efficient manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum four years bachelors degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities and impartiality.
  • Results-oriented professional with the ability to drive projects independently.
