Horyzon Zero Service is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's day-to-day tasks, handle client interactions, and ensure timely completion of pending tasks. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide full administrative and clerical support to the CEO, managing schedules and appointments.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, handling client communications and inquiries with professionalism.
  3. Draft, proofread, and send emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  4. Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion of action items.
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
  6. Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, both internal and external.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  8. Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
