CEO Support Specialist

Horyzon Zero Service is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's day-to-day tasks, handle client interactions, and ensure timely completion of pending tasks. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a high degree of professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full administrative and clerical support to the CEO, managing schedules and appointments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the CEO, handling client communications and inquiries with professionalism.
- Draft, proofread, and send emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, both internal and external.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
