About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growth efforts in business development. This role involves assisting the Business Development team with lead generation, client communication, research, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Manage CRM tools and update client databases accurately.
  • Communication: Prepare and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate online meetings and client calls.
  • Data Collection: Support the team with data collection, document formatting, and reporting.
  • Lead Tracking: Track and organize all leads, proposals, and deal progress.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general admin support for the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Business Development/Administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with lead generation and LinkedIn outreach.
