We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and prior experience as a computer teacher. They will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, instructing students, and maintaining the computer laboratory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying skill levels.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.
  • Managing classroom dynamics, including observing and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Grading projects, quizzes, and examinations, and providing constructive feedback to students.
  • Communicating students' progress to parents and guardians through regular updates.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Computer Instructor will also be required to:

  • Download software updates and maintain hardware to ensure the smooth operation of the computer laboratory.
  • Attend parent-teacher and faculty conferences to discuss student progress and receive feedback.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline is mandatory. Teaching certification for the level at which you will be instructing is also essential. Prior experience as a computer teacher is advantageous, but not necessary. A nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing is highly valued.
