We are seeking experienced professionals for the position of Business Development Manager based in a specific territory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for career advancement in real estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies in assigned areas/regions.
- Demonstrate products and services to secure impactful deals through daily field visits.
- Achieve revenue growth as per regional business plans.
- Develop strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Minimize churn by reviving lost clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within CRM tools for assigned portfolios.
- Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership and following up for immediate resolution.
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This role requires travel to client meetings within assigned areas.
- Regular working hours with need-based evening or weekend work.
