Sales Consultant Position

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers at their residences to promote and sell products offered by our company.

About the Role:

  • You will be required to travel within an assigned territory to identify potential customers and engage in direct face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within defined timeframes.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication.
  • Organize and plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect Identification: Identify potential customers within the assigned territory through various methods, such as lead lists, referrals, and market research.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Objection Handling: Address customer objections or concerns effectively, providing accurate information and addressing any misconceptions.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within defined timeframes.
  6. Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the company's CRM system.
  7. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers who express interest but do not make an immediate purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining regular communication.
  8. Territory Management: Organize and plan daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage within the assigned territory.
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Benefits

  • Competitive salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month.
