We are seeking an experienced Upwork specialist to fill a senior role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the design industry and a strong understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft compelling bids tailored to each project's requirements and client expectations.
  2. Conduct thorough research on potential clients and projects to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to gather project details and provide relevant information about our services.
  4. Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables, to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  5. Maintain a proactive approach to securing new projects and expanding our client base on Upwork.
  6. Collaborate with our design team to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Must be available for night shifts.
  2. At least 3+ years of experience as an Upwork bidder in the design industry, with a successful track record of securing high-value projects.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate our services effectively and build rapport with clients.
  4. Excellent understanding of design principles and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  7. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
