Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Provoxio Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and sales performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities through industry insights, networking, and expertise.
  2. Nurturing long-lasting client relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
  3. Promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers through effective presentations and communication.
  4. Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets while collaborating with team members and other departments.
  5. Monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and tracking customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  6. Providing regular updates on customer behavior, preferences, and market conditions to inform product/service development.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, best practices, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Proven sales experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Experience with CRM software is highly valued.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, negotiation techniques, and sales methodologies.
  5. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  6. Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
  7. Aptitude for crafting compelling presentations.
  8. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
