About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and friendly professional to greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take messages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all who visit.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
