Our institution is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our academic team as an educator.
- We are looking for someone who can contribute to a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students, promoting excellence in education.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, developing their own teaching and learning skills, and contributing to the planning of teaching programs.
- They will employ innovative teaching strategies, facilitate experiential learning, challenge thinking, foster debate, and develop critical discourse and rational thinking in students.
- Additional responsibilities include supervising student projects, field trips, and placements, assessing and providing feedback on work and examinations, monitoring and maintaining student academic performance records, and mentoring students according to our institutional mentoring program.
- The candidate will also update data in our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and other required software, incorporate Islamic and ethical values in teaching, participate in departmental and university committees, ensure teaching content aligns with our mission, address subordinate and student needs, supervise and monitor student attendance in classes, labs, and practicals, publish research findings through various media, apply research findings practically, carry out independent research and lead projects, supervise research teams and projects, and perform additional duties assigned by the Head.
