Sales Leadership Opportunity

The Customer/Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and sales operations. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Customer Feedback Mechanisms: Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve the customer experience.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
