
Product Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement. They will be responsible for executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and supporting sales and customer support teams to drive customer adoption through growth-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution- Develop and Execute GTM Plans: Develop and execute GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment across marketing, customer success, support, and product teams.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging.
- Launch Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop launch strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
- Track Performance: Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and track performance post-launch.
- Craft Compelling Value Propositions: Craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content that resonates with our target audience, differentiating us from competitors.
- Develop Key Assets: Develop key assets such as website copy, landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, and case studies to support product success.
- Partner with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to shape product development and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.
- Pricing and Packaging Strategies: Partner with finance and product teams to define and optimize pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring competitiveness and revenue growth.
- Consistent Messaging: Ensure product messaging remains consistent across all channels, from marketing campaigns to customer communications.
- Support Sales Teams: Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to provide them with the right tools, training, and content to effectively position us.
- Create Sales Collateral: Create sales collateral, battle cards, product training materials, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Nurture Leads: Develop and execute campaigns that help nurture leads, increase conversions, and reduce churn.
- Gather Insights: Conduct customer interviews, case studies, and surveys to gather insights that inform our messaging and product roadmap.
- Identify Growth Opportunities:
- Analyze Usage Data: Analyze usage data, churn patterns, and customer feedback to recommend improvements that drive retention and expansion.
- Support Pricing Decisions: Support pricing and packaging decisions by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement, preferably working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of GTM Strategies: Strong understanding of GTM strategies, product positioning, sales enablement, and growth frameworks.
- Market Research Skills: Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Messaging Skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with developers, agencies, and businesses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, support, product, finance, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with pricing models, packaging strategies, and revenue optimization is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms is also a plus.
