We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination between teams.
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational documents.
  • Track task completion and escalate delays or issues to management.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely support and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and basic procurement processes.
  • Coordinate internal communications and maintain task trackers.
  • Support in event planning, logistics, and office administration tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office.
