We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team as a Senior Operations Business Support Specialist.
This role requires strong leadership, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate should handle meetings and calls professionally while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle internal and external meetings/calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Address and resolve team concerns with empathy and patience.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Stay calm under pressure and navigate difficult situations professionally.
Full-time position working night shift (8PM-5AM).
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Empathy & patience in managing team interactions and resolving concerns.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
