Our organization seeks an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent.

The selected candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring that the right candidates are presented for each role. They will also be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions, managing job postings across various channels, and maintaining relationships with passive candidates.

Additionally, this role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and qualifications, and providing recommendations to hiring managers. The Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to the development of recruitment processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top technical talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across various channels
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Maintain relationships with passive candidates and vendors

Requirements:

  • Proven 3-5 years of working experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with interview formats, including phone, video, and structured interviews
  • Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
