Role Overview

The
HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist
will be responsible for the
end-to-end recruitment process
including talent sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who is proactive, people-oriented, and skilled at building strong professional networks to bring the right talent into our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, university outreach, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and manage the selection process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Maintain and update the company's HR policies, records, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and retention programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in
    HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
    (preferably 1–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and employee engagement practices.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
