The ideal candidate will develop and maintain brand equity, spearheading annual and long-term marketing innovation, strategic planning, brand plans, and integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to contribute to achieving brand goals.

They will manage and develop category marketing strategy, contributing to overall brand strategy, to drive market growth, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for both short- and long-term periods.

This individual will work collaboratively with Public Relations, Digital, Creative, and Visual teams to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will research and analyze customer and market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

They will create and deliver category-specific marketing strategies for each product/launch, incorporating Creative, Digital, PR, above-the-line (ATL)/below-the-line (BTL), television commercial (TVC)/digital video commercial (DVC), and other relevant elements.

This role requires frequent and seamless communication and collaboration with all marketing, creative, sales, planning, product, and retail functions, as well as key stakeholders, to build and execute 360° campaigns/strategies.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, analyzing marketing and relevant financial reporting, and measuring campaigns/strategies to report return on investment (ROI).

Additionally, they will ensure that all brand assets are maintained and delivered to the marketing brief and meet launch deadlines.

This role involves identifying category trends and leading research plans to uncover unmet consumer needs, driving brand growth. A passion for mining qualitative and quantitative data to identify ownable insights, along with tenacity to align internal stakeholders, will be essential.
