Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role will involve optimizing product listings for clarity and conversion, as well as ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product information.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Product Optimization: Review and refine product descriptions to enhance their effectiveness in driving sales and customer engagement.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overselling and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  3. Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews on Shopify, maintaining a positive brand image.
  4. Visual Content: Update website banners, landing pages, and product images as needed to maintain a visually appealing and engaging online presence.
  5. Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place orders, and track shipment status.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and other relevant e-commerce tools is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
