To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, POS machines, and e-wallets is preferred.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
