The Infra Engineering Team plays a vital role in supporting Deel's engineering growth by building a platform for product teams to ship business value faster. With a unique position between DevOps and engineering, we enforce standards and best practices, create tooling, maintain internal libraries, provide architectural guidance, and own high-loaded core services.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of node.js programming language
  • AWS or similar cloud computing experience
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
  • Experience with Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka messaging systems
  • Strong system design and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
