We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as a backend developer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our core backend platform.

Responsibilities
  • You will design and develop scalable and secure code using GoLang, Java, C++, or Python.
  • Your responsibilities will include writing reliable code, performing code reviews, monitoring platform performance, and addressing urgent issues.
  • You will work with customer support and integrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing software with some experience using container technologies like Docker.
  • Conceptual understanding of multi-threaded applications.
  • Professional development experience in GoLang, Java, C++, or Python.
  • Good knowledge of Linux and bash scripting.
  • Good software development practices including rapid development, peer code reviews, and writing functional/unit tests.
  • Experience with microservices and REST-based HTTP/2 architectures.
  • Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies.
  • Knowledge and use of performance tuning, profiling, and software metrics tools.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of continuous integration tools, including Jenkins.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to learn new technologies.

  • Experience in building highly available and scalable distributed systems for the cloud.
  • Ability to solve complex engineering problems creatively.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Tools like terraform, helm, and docker.
  • Network Services like Load-Balancers, Security, QoS.
  • Platform level concerns like configuration management, network request routing, blue/green or canary deployments.
  • Building API based connectors to cloud-based SaaS services.
