About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently creating innovative and original designs while managing timelines. This includes conducting research for relevant seasons based on design briefs, undertaking market visits, and proposing new product ideas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design Creation: Developing on-trend designs aligned with our creative direction and delivering them on time.
    • Research: Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and design briefs.
    • Product Development: Creating accurate and relevant information in design packs and compiling approved designs into an assortment for various teams.
  • Design Review and Coordination: Reviewing and approving CADs according to timelines, updating strike-offs/proto samples against submitted tech packs, and coordinating style products for e-commerce photo shoots.
Requirements

We require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Designing from a reputable university and at least 1-5 years of experience in textiles. If you are passionate about working in a fast-paced fashion environment, have relevant textile experience, and possess strong communication and research skills, we encourage you to apply.
