Job Title: Digital ID Law Specialist - Compliance ExpertAbout the Role

National Database and Registration Authority is seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer Digital ID Specialist to provide expert services for the Digital Economy Enhancement Project. The selected consultant will assist project management in maintaining integrity and ethical standards, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide legal expertise on digital ID and data protection, intellectual property laws, and PPP legal frameworks.
  • Familiarize yourself with World Bank Regulations and Government of Pakistan requirements.
  • Assist in framing and amending rules and regulations related to international projects.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and interpretation of laws, statutes, and regulations.
Key Requirements
  • Masters of Laws (LLM) degree from a recognized University, preferably in commercial and corporate law, electronic data laws.
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields, including 3 years as a legal officer or advisor for international projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of digital ID laws and legislations, PPP legal frameworks, World Bank Regulations, and Government of Pakistan requirements.
