Software Product Owner

As a Software Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality software products. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the product meets the needs and expectations of its users.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, and as a result, we are looking for an exceptional candidate with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to translate business needs into clearly defined product features and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and engineers to ensure delivery of quality features aligned with user expectations.
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog by continuously refining priorities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Work with the development team to sequence backlog items based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business priority.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives to provide clarity on requirements and ensure proper execution.
Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments and a strong understanding of backlog management and iterative product development.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern software development practices, including familiarity with microservices architecture, .NET, React, and database concepts.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or other product management/tracking platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business-friendly language.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority.
