Job Title: Business Development RepresentativeJob Description:

We seek a results-driven professional to fill this key sales role. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and initiate relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on prospective customers, markets and trends.

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails and social media platforms.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BDR, Sales Representative or similar role (B2B experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
