As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media campaigns to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as the ability to develop creative content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of paid social media advertising and experience running successful campaigns. Additionally, they will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to track and measure performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging posts, images, and videos.
  • Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely updates and posts.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement rates, followers growth, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • The ability to develop creative content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and running successful campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance data.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
