We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Manager to join our team at Hyperstar. As a Section Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all shelves are properly arranged, filled, tidy, regularly cleaned, and properly labeled.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring an appropriate and adequate assortment of items in terms of quantity, quality, and price change
  • Scheduling staff's working hours, delegating appropriate responsibilities, and monitoring their appearance (uniform, badges, cleanliness, and attendance record)
  • Ensuring that the best purchasing terms are obtained from suppliers in terms of purchasing price, rebate, and terms of payment

Candidates should possess a Graduate or Master's degree and have 5 years of experience in retail management. Technical skills to ensure product quality are also essential.
