Job Title

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and promote our housing scheme as the preferred choice for homebuyers in Pakistan.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, target demographics, and industry trends.
  • Manage social media presence, engage with online communities, and increase brand awareness through creative content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing materials, campaigns, and leads that drive sales conversions.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of marketing staff, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and platforms, with a focus on creating engaging content and campaigns that drive results.
