Customer Acquisition Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Acquisition Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our closers.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and ensuring a strong sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
