Job Description

UMT seeks a skilled Payroll Officer to manage payroll administration and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, and addressing payroll-related queries.

The role involves handling payroll taxes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Effective communication with staff and the finance department, maintaining accurate payroll records, and resolving any discrepancies are key responsibilities in this role.

This is a full-time on-site position located in Lahore.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance
  • Skills in Finance related to payroll functions
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with staff and handling queries
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
