Accounting Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounting Associate. As a key member of the accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices.

In this role, you will be responsible for matching invoices related to various aspects of our business model. You will also support the Sr. Analyst in producing weekly reporting and monitoring to ensure all processing meets current service levels and payments are made efficiently.

You will work closely with the Sr. Analyst to implement a robust compliance process, ensuring suppliers and internal customers are aware and supportive of these processes. This will enable efficient invoice processing and contribute to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial control frameworks and possess proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience working within an AP function is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • MBA/BBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting software preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of financial control frameworks.
