Job Title: Document Information Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Document Information Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the creation, maintenance, and control of electronic documents in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Skilled in document formatting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Ability to convert documents from PDF to MS Word & Excel formats.
  • Knowledge of storing and retrieving documents.
  • Experience with copying, scanning, and uploading/downloading documents via FTP sites.
  • Able to accurately log all incoming and outgoing documents and drawings.
  • Creation and logging of transmittals.
  • Maintenance of templates for future use.
  • Preparation of reports on project documentation as needed.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting emails and communicating with other offices.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in a reputable organization as a Document Controller.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
