We are hiring Clinical Documentation Specialists who will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating medical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong clinical knowledge and documentation expertise to support our healthcare operations. The position also involves
making professional calls to healthcare providers when clarification is required
, hence
strong proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review patient medical records and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ensure alignment of documentation with coding, billing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to clarify clinical documentation, including making outbound calls as needed.
  • Identify gaps in medical documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with
    fluency in English (spoken and written)
    .
  • Comfortable making professional calls for documentation clarification.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency
  • Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare documentation standards.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical documentation or related healthcare role.

(Non Clinical role)

Preferred: MBBS, DPT, PharmD

Salary: 60k - 90k

Working days : Mon to Sat (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) Night shift
