Job Title:

ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable and robust solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect ServiceNow platform to align with business needs and IT strategy.
  • Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Architect.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the ServiceNow development life-cycle, including scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Experience in various ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and Integrations.
  • Candidates with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification(s) will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
