Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and adherence to safety standards.

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory control, coordinating logistics, and maintaining optimal warehouse utilization. You will also work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure timely receipt of finished goods and coordinate vehicle loading and planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Supervision: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with production, transportation, and engineering teams to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  4. Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on operational procedures and best practices.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in warehousing or transportation, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience using SAP and MS Office.
  • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
