Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential leads and customers during the night shift, targeting the USA market.

You will communicate and sell Energy and Telecom Billing services, including Home Warranty and Telecom Billing for companies such as Spectrum, Xfinity, Comcast, etc.

Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.

In addition, you will meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals on a regular basis.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You should also possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can handle rejection and overcome objections is ideal for this position.
