Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a high volume of compliance testing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery and successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, fostering effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, applying sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and delegate tasks and responsibilities, leveraging leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations and standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality and integrity.
  • Track project progress using project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable, showcasing advanced knowledge and expertise.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, highlighting a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies, applying expertise and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, driving team performance and collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
