6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

NESL-IT is looking for an experienced
Project Coordinator
to support our software development teams and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, prior experience coordinating IT/software projects, and the ability to bridge communication between clients, project managers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps) to ensure timely project deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, requirements, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, management, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.
  • Identify risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and support problem resolution.
  • Support the Project Manager in resource allocation and workload tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the
    IT/software development sector
    .
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
