The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process via Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage and execute bids on Upwork, prioritizing high-quality contracts across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Provide market research insights to inform sales strategies and optimize bidding approaches.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proven track record in proposal writing and Upwork management
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
