Executive Manager for Strategic Growth:

This role involves providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, making important policy and strategic decisions, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the organization with a clear vision and direction.
  2. Make informed decisions on policy, planning, and strategy.
  3. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  4. Support HR with recruiting and talent management.
  5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records.
  7. Work closely with the board of directors to determine company values and mission, and develop short and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
  • Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership roles in software houses, SEO agencies, or digital solutions providers.
  • Strong understanding of general finance principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid communication and financial management skills.
