Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with named wireless carriers, tower owners, consultants and other new prospects.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to effectively market and lease communications infrastructure, Build-to-Suit capabilities and services to customers within an established geographic area.
  3. Achieve quarterly and annual targets by leveraging effective closing skills to drive new business, i.e., overcome customer objections and/or obstacles throughout the sales process.
  4. Maintain a clear understanding of customers' business, decision-makers and influencers, as well as the budget and approval processes.
  5. Provide accurate and timely pipeline and lease-up forecasting in Salesforce.com.

  • Excellent ability to create new, and maintain existing, account relationships.
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills; able to research and prioritize potential opportunities and create relationships that lead to new sales.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results and collaborate with others to identify quality solutions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
