Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with named wireless carriers, tower owners, consultants and other new prospects.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all product and service offerings to effectively market and lease communications infrastructure, Build-to-Suit capabilities and services to customers within an established geographic area.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets by leveraging effective closing skills to drive new business, i.e., overcome customer objections and/or obstacles throughout the sales process.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customers' business, decision-makers and influencers, as well as the budget and approval processes.
- Provide accurate and timely pipeline and lease-up forecasting in Salesforce.com.

- Excellent ability to create new, and maintain existing, account relationships.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills; able to research and prioritize potential opportunities and create relationships that lead to new sales.
- Ability to work independently to achieve results and collaborate with others to identify quality solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
