As a key player in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare, we're seeking an experienced MRI/CT Clinical Education Specialist. The right candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch applications and operations training within MRI and CT products, ensuring competitive and clinical knowledge. This role requires strong customer interaction skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with current Siemens products, competitors, and clinical trends.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Applications and Operations Training: Deliver expert training on MRI and CT products, maintaining cutting-edge knowledge and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Provide On-Site Customer Education: Offer professional guidance on product usage, including turnover training, upgrades, and follow-up support.
  • Offer Application Support: Resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on current Siemens products, competitors, and clinical trends to inform customers and drive business growth.
  • Prepare Clinical Case Studies: Develop compelling case studies and images to support sales projects, showcasing the value of our products.
Your Qualifications:
  • University Degree: Hold a degree in science, medicine, biomedical engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent experience working with MRI and CT as an instructor and operator.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with effective interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
  • Flexibility: Show flexibility regarding travel within and outside your region.
  • Languages: Be proficient in English and the local language.
