We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Education Specialist for MRI and CT products.

About the Position:
  1. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for MRI and CT operators, ensuring that customers have the knowledge and skills needed to get the most out of our technology.
  2. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their expectations.
  3. You will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MRI and CT technology, using this knowledge to inform customers and drive sales projects forward.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and delivering training programs for MRI and CT operators, including Applications and Operations Training.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to address customer needs.
  • Providing expert training and support to customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our technology.
  • Preparing and presenting clinical case studies and images to support sales projects and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
  1. A university degree in a relevant field, such as science, medicine, or biomedical engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years of recent experience working with MRI and CT technology, preferably in an instructional or operational role.
  3. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural settings.
  4. Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  5. Flexibility regarding travel within and outside Pakistan to support customer engagements.
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
