Job Description

Affix Globe Services is a leading provider of sales and marketing services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building relationships, and selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through inbound calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our product teams to stay up-to-date on new products and services, and communicate these to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work night shifts (9 pm - 6 am) Monday to Friday.
