This Financial Reporting Analyst position requires a high level of financial acumen and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insightful recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Deliver timely and accurate weekly and monthly financial reports to management.
  • Evaluate the quality and consistency of reports.
  • Collect financial and operational data from various Business Units (BUs).
  • Combine data from multiple BUs for management review.
  • Maintain ongoing ownership of reporting pack, including preparation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Promote transparency by maintaining schedules and documentation for Profit & Loss (P&L) items.
  • Analyze finance functions to spot trends and variations.
  • Solve regional finance issues with effective solutions.
  • Highlight significant financial issues or anomalies for management.
  • Communicate financial and operational risks effectively.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with relevant teams on weekly financial projections.
  • Ensure project budgets, grants, and contracts align.
  • Enforce budget controls and monitor compliance.
  • Review Business Development plans for feasibility and financial alignment.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
  • Provide expertise in cash flow management and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain records of cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Track cash flow activities and address any emerging issues.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
  • Support additional tasks or projects as needed.
  • Foster adaptability to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Aptitude for meeting deadlines while handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in valuation methods, including DCF.
  • Experience in using PowerPoint, Excel (financial models, dashboards), and Visio.
  • Skills in reporting templates and performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of AI insights and statistical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of finance, sales, operations, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent computer literacy and technology integration skills.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
