We are recruiting a skilled Clinical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality care that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing comprehensive care plans that address their unique requirements.
- Medication Administration: Safely and effectively administer medications, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse effects or concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- At least three years of work experience in a clinical setting.
