We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need.
Main Responsibilities:- Administer medication safely and effectively, monitoring patient responses and communicating reportable findings promptly.
- Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Educate patients on health behaviors and provide counseling to support their recovery and healthy habits.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification.
- Valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- At least six months of work experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
