Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage our Amazon accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with account management on Seller Central, possess strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain Amazon Account Health Rating (AHR) and take necessary actions to improve it.
  • Manage inventory performance, including the Inventory Performance Index (IPI), to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Create and manage shipments to warehouses for timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
  • Resolve issues related to stranded inventory or stock discrepancies.
  • Open, monitor, and resolve cases through Seller Central, ensuring timely responses to any issues or inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with support teams to resolve cases favorably and promptly.
  • Optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion using SEO best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience managing accounts on Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with operational standards and account management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
