Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial operations leader to lead our financial reporting, ERP administration, and internal controls teams.

This is a key position that requires a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, ERP administration, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in leading financial operations, managing audits, optimizing systems, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze IFRS-compliant financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the annual external audit process and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Oversee the ERP system as the primary administrator, guaranteeing data integrity, system security, and optimal performance through upgrades and collaboration with IT and consultants.
  • Implement and configure ERP financial modules, driving automation and workflow improvements to enhance financial accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and performance analysis to support decision-making, while ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with over 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, ERP administration, and internal controls.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading financial operations, managing audits, optimizing systems, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
